Who we are

Turkish with Sila (turkishwithsila.com) is an online Turkish language course operated by Sıla Yılmaz, an individual based in Türkiye (“we”, “the course”). You can reach us at [email protected].

What you are buying

A membership gives one person access to the full course — every level from A1 to C1+, including lessons, exercises, audio, spaced-repetition reviews and progress tracking — for as long as the membership is active. Memberships are sold as a monthly or a yearly subscription, and every account may unlock one free 3-day trial of the full course before subscribing. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency.

Payments and our merchant of record

Payments are handled by Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle provides the checkout, processes your payment, handles applicable taxes such as VAT, and emails your invoice or receipt. Any payment data you enter goes to Paddle, not to us. Paddle’s own terms apply to the payment itself: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly plans each month, yearly plans each year — until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; everything you paid for stays open until the end of the period you already paid.
• If a renewal payment fails, we keep your access open for a few days of grace while the payment is retried; after that, access pauses until payment succeeds.

Your account and fair use

• A membership is for one learner. Please do not share your account or resell access.
• All course content — lessons, texts, recordings, exercises — is our intellectual property. You may use it for your own learning; you may not copy, redistribute or republish it.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to break its security, or violate these terms.

The service

We work to keep the course available at all times, but as a small independent service we cannot promise uninterrupted availability, and the course is provided “as is”. Content is updated and improved continuously; specific lessons or features may change. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the twelve months before the claim.
