Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 August 2026
The short version
We collect what a language course needs to work — your account, your progress, and your practice — and nothing more. We do not sell data, we do not run ads, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and name when you sign up, and your chosen study settings.
- Learning data: lesson progress, streaks, review results, and the writing or speaking practice you submit for feedback.
- Billing: payments are processed entirely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details; we receive only your subscription status. Paddle’s privacy policy: paddle.com/legal/privacy.
Where it lives
Accounts and learning data are stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, on servers in the EU. The website itself is served from the EU. Practice exercises that use AI feedback send only the text of that exercise to the AI provider, never your account details.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember course choices such as your study mode and starting level. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account and everything attached to it. Email [email protected] from your account address and we will handle it promptly. Data protection questions under KVKK (Türkiye) or the GDPR (EU) go to the same address.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the date above.
